1. Order Policy

Minimum Order Value: ₹99 (excluding shipping).

All orders are processed only after successful confirmation (Prepaid or Partial COD advance).

Product images on the website and catalog are for representation purposes. Actual product color, shape, or packaging may vary slightly.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit the quantity of any order based on stock availability or regional logistics limitations.
2. Shipping & Delivery

Same-day or next-day dispatch for orders placed before 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).

Sunday pickups are not available. Orders placed after 5:30 PM Saturday or anytime Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday or next working day.

Estimated delivery time: 1 to 4 working days, depending on your location and courier partner.

You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is shipped.

We deliver across India using reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
3. Payment Policy
Prepaid Orders:

100% payment upfront via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, or other supported methods.
Partial COD Orders:

A 25% non-refundable advance must be paid online at the time of placing the order.

The remaining 75% is payable in cash upon delivery.

Orders without the advance will not be confirmed or dispatched.
4. Cancellation Policy

Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled after shipping.

For COD orders, the advance is non-refundable in case of:

Refusal to accept the parcel

Incorrect delivery address

Unavailable recipient at the time of delivery

5. Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns based on taste preference or personal choice.
Replacements will be provided only under the following conditions:

You received a wrong product

You received a damaged item during transit
Important: In both cases, you must share an unboxing video and photos within 24 hours of delivery for verification.
