Thank you for shopping with 90s Kadai – Nostalgic Treats at Your Doorstep. We aim to deliver fresh and joyful memories through every order. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our candy products and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened.
However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. You may be eligible for a return or replacement under the following conditions:

You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).

You received a damaged or expired product.
-
The package was tampered with or leaked during shipping.
Important: If any of the above conditions apply, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You must also provide clear photo or video proof of the issue via WhatsApp or email.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following situations:

Order was cancelled before dispatch (for prepaid or partial COD orders).

Product is out of stock after your payment.
-
A valid damage or incorrect product claim has been raised and replacement is not possible.
All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method or your UPI/bank account within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds or returns in the following cases:

Change of mind after the order has been delivered.

Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Delays caused by courier services that are beyond our control.
-
Products purchased under special offers or combo deals, unless they are damaged.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before 5:30 PM on the day of order (for same-day dispatch eligibility).

To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order ID and payment reference.

Once the product is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
For Partial COD Orders

The 25% advance is non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

If the customer refuses to accept the delivery without valid reason, the advance will be forfeited.
